I really loved working on this. It was the first diamond I have done that had sentimental value. It is a picture of my mother and grandma who passed away. This was a gift for my mom for Christmas and she absolutely loved it. Will definitely be ordering more!

I've been impressed with the responsiveness of customer service. I had an issue with my order not arriving complete. I emailed and within 3 business days I'd had responses and a new set of kits mailed out. I love the quality of the kits and the images.
I’ve been doing diamond painting for over 10 years. I love it. I believe I have done over 20 diamond paintings. When I do my diamond painting, I’m in my own quiet zone and it’s very peaceful. I have given them away for Christmas gifts to my grandsons of the sports that they each play. For birthday gifts to my friends and also to someone who lost their loved one, of the loved one they lost. And also, I got about five or six other people doing diamond art now also they love it.❤️❤️❤️
Loved the quality and had the best time doing this but the A & 4 were very hard to distinguish the difference. Also, I paid extra for the frame to be included and it is very cheap wood that is chipped on a corner and it is the wrong size! Way too small for my picture!

The words and design were cut off at the top and bottom of the picture. Sent an e-mail 2 days ago asking for a new picture, long enough to include the entire picture, or issue a full refund, and have not gotten a response for 2 days.

The photo I sent to be done had a cat in it. There is no cat on the picture that I got. The face , hair, mouth, and eye has red on them. If the photo size I wanted was too big to make it right, you should’ve reached out to me before making the picture. I would’ve said make it smaller. I went through another company before you. They never got the skin color right. You did but there is no cat. Please reach out to me before making another picture. Thank you.
