Refund policy
We process a refund in these cases:Ā
-Change of Mind and the products have not been dispatched yet. That means we have not provided any tracking numbers yet.
-There is an issue with the order (missing products, wrong products received, products damaged). In this case, you can ask for a refund or an exchange.
-Products not received yet after 45 business days. That means from the day you placed the order if after 45 business days you have not received the products and the tracking shows as not delivered yet. You can ask for a refund.
We can not process a refund in this case:
-The products have been dispatched. That means we have provided tracking numbers to the order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To get a refund, you can contact us at contact@madewithdiamonds.com. If the conditions are met, we are gonna process to a refund immediately.
IMPORTANT: Damage shall be reported within 7 days of receiving the order.
